30-day return policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase or an order number.
Non-returnable items
Personal-care and hygiene products, opened wellness or health-related items, items damaged through misuse, gift cards, clearance and final-sale items cannot be returned.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos and a brief description.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process them. Orders may be cancelled only within 12 hours. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.
